System of Play:
1. The Tournament will be played in Swiss League System & will be played in 4 Separate Group.
2. Tournament Groups: Open, U-20, U-15 & U-10.
3. No. Of Round: 7 rounds
4. Time Control: 15 Minutes to each player with 10 Sec Increment from first move.
5. Players Meeting: 30th November 2024 at 9:00 AM after that 1st round will start.
6. Prize Distribution: 30th November 2024 at 6:00 pm Last Date of Entry: 28th November 2024 up to 5:00 PM.

RULES & REGULATIONS
· Tournament will be conducted as per Latest FIDE and AICF rules.
· Other rules will be displayed on Notice board at Venue
· General discipline should be maintained at tournament hall,
· Protest- if any against the decision of the arbitrator shall be made in writing with a protest fee of Rs.
1000/- within 15 minutes of the occurrence of the incident.
· Protest fee will be refunded if the appeal sup held.
· In case of any dispute, Chief Arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding to all.
· To attend the Closing Ceremony of Championship is Mandatory for all the participants.
· Please carry Aadhar Card/Birth Certificate for Age and address proof for group/category prizes.
